Elpida Hadzi-Vasileva was the first Artist-in-Restaurant at Pied à Terre, Michelin-starred restaurant in London and Golden Jaw, is influenced and informed by the restaurant’s daily routines, menus and their perfection of the beautifully presented dishes.
This artwork is made of 12 rabbit jaws that are preserved and gilded with 23.5ct gold leaf and sculpted into beautiful ‘flower’. Each series has an additional tooth gilded which makes them unique from the others. This is series no 8 which means it will have 8 of its teeth (the end of the jaws) gilded.
This unique artwork is sold framed in a Perspex box.
